Hi @thivyabrabha_g-external,

Please don't share account information and links to domains here. This is a public forum and you may expose more than you need to.

Apart from that, the error message suggests that the user you are trying to invite already exists on your site, but in a disabled state. Check in the user management section of your admin console if the user account exists and - if so - enable it there.

If it is not there, are you sure you own the domain the user belongs to? Atlassian accounts (email addresses) are unique. We have experienced a similar case where a user's email address was managed by a different company (domain) and disabled by the domain owner of that domain. If that's the case, the user should either have the account reenabled by the domain owner (probably his/her company) or use a different email address.

Hope this helps!

Hi @thivyabrabha_g-external ,

it seems that user is existing but is not active. You could re-active the existing one or remove it and send again an invitation.

Hope this helps,

Fabio
