Unable to create an issue from Microsoft Teams to Jira

Hi, 

We have a Jira Cloud connection from MS Teams to Jira in a team tab.

All members of the team can see all issues of the Jira filter, but only a few users (like me) can create new issues from MS Teams. But we have some users that received the following message: "An unhandled error ocurred. We are working on it."

Both have the same permissions in the Jira project and the user that handled the error can create issues from Jira project withou problems.

Anyone can help me?

@Jordi Reig Sais - Seems to be a known issue and As a workaround, teams had asked users to authorize via the web version of Microsoft Teams or via Messaging extension.

Please check this instruction for IP/hosts that should be whitelisted: https://www.msteams-atlassian.com/JiraServer/#configuring-firewall. 

After that use a web version of Microsoft Teams to authorize.

Hi Niranjan, we have Jira Cloud, not Jira Server.

I'll try it the from web version.
