Using the Jira Cloud Slack App, I'm unable to connect a channel to a project.
- I have admin access to both the Slack workspace (Owner role) and the Atlassian Site (Org & Site admin)
- The bot appears in the list of Apps in the Slack sidebar
- I can invoke the `/jira connect` command, and the bot displays the drop-down menus
- When I select my Jira site from the dropdown, I see the projects and I select the one I want to connect, click on the connect button and then the bot just displays the message "Something went wrong! Please try again later."
What can I do instead of just trying again and again?
I ended up working with support and the issue was with the Project permissions. It was needed to add the 'atlassian-addons-project-access (migrated)' role with Administer Project rights. The project was migrated from Jira server.
Hi @lyubo
Can you please verify that the Slack is enabled as described here in the first comment by @Daniel Eads :

Hi @Grigory Salnikov yes, I can confirm that the Slack integration is enabled as on the screenshot. I even tried disabling it and then reenabling it but still no difference.
