Unable to change ticket status and transition

ticket has been logged by the User however being Admin user and also project lead.i am unable to perform any transition.when clicked on To Do it says " you do not have permission to transition this issue"

HI @Ninad Advirkar ,

 

Since you are on the free plan, the permission scheme can't be modified. You may need to be add a the user role as developer or user. Take a look at the permission scheme to see what role are allow to transition.

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

Can you confirm this is for a Service project (vs. Software or Business project)?

There may be Validators on the workflow transitions that are restricting who can execute the transitions. Check for those.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? Look at the bottom left corner of the navigation pane when you are viewing the project. It will say there either "team-managed" or "company-managed".

Please try using the Permissions Helper to get more information about why you are unable to change the status of the issue.

Plug in your name, the issue key for the issue you are trying to transition, and select the Transition Issue permission. Click Submit. It will provide some output. If it is not clear from that output what the problem is and how to resolve it, please post a screen image f that output for us.
