I have been trying to add the Jira Service Management app to my account but I encounter an error message that doesn’t provide any helpful information. I am unable to log a ticket as I am evaluating this under the free tier.
I am hoping that someone from Atlassian might see this message and be able to look into it.

As it shows the error it could have happed due to the payment to Evaluation persiod is ended. You can reach out to Atlassian team via https://support.atlassian.com/customer/servicedesk-portal and check.
