Hi @Arshad mohammed , it could be that you do not have browse permissions. Have you spoken to the project administrator?

As @Jack Brickey suggests, please get in touch with your organization's Jira administrator or project administrator to request access to the relevant project.

Atlassian community does not have the authority to grant access to your company's Jira.

Could you please help with below

- are you uanble to access all the projects in jira or a particular project ?

The reasons could be as below 

- either the jira product would be deactivated or you don't have jira product acecss for your account or you dont have the browse permission for all the projects or the project 

Could you please let us know a screenshot of the error that you get
