Hello,
I am trying to create a new Atlassian Jira site, but the setup process consistently fails with the following message:
Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Anonymous ID: "757610b3-af63-4d0d-8921-9d87eae5000e")
I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:
Switching between different Google accounts and email accounts
Using both a mainland China IP and a Japan/US proxy IP
Using browser incognito/private mode
None of these attempts resolved the issue.
Could you please help investigate and enable me to complete the site creation?
Thank you.
Hi @Ying Lai
This is a frequent problem that keeps happening:

In short: try with incognito mode. If it doesn't work, if you are on Standard you can raise a support ticket here
Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Ying Lai
This usually happens when the URL entered is not the actual Cloud site URL, but something else.
Make sure you're using the base format like https://your-domain.atlassian.net (no /jira or /wiki). You can copy it directly from your browser when you open Jira or Confluence. Also double-check you're logged into the correct account and that the site actually exists.
If needed, go to admin.atlassian.com Sites to confirm the exact URL.
If this helps you, do accept and vote for my answer. Thanks.

Hi @Ying Lai
In those cases I waited few hours and then I was able to create site. I didn't find any useful solution or workaround instead of waiting :/
Regards,
Seba
