Unable to Access Jira Board – Jira Software Access Required

Hello Team,

I am currently using the Jira Free version on our Atlassian workspace, but I am unable to access the Jira board.

When opening the board link, I receive the following message:

“Sorry, you can't view this page. This page is available to Jira users only.”

Board URL:
https://webappssoft.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/HD/boards/4

Could you please check and enable Jira Software access for my account?

It seems either:

• Jira Software product access is not enabled

• Or my account does not have permission to access the project/board

Please help resolve this issue.

I checked and can see Jira product has been deactivated, you would need to reach out to the support team to get it reactivated.

You need to have a user access in Jira.

Please reach out to admin in your organization and access for your account.
