Trying to set up a transition trigger in Jira Data Center

Jira Data Center 9.0.0 - self-hosts, self-managed in a closed classified network.

Gitlab 14.10 - integrated with Jira via Git Integration for Jira.

I am trying to set up a Jira trigger initiated by a Pull request merged in Gitlab to execute a state transition of a Jira issue.  It looks like I just need to add a trigger source related or  pointing to the corresponding Gitlab repository.  But I don't clearly see how one adds a trigger source?  I already have the Gitlab repository integrated for our Git Integration for Jira add-on.  And, Jira Issues are being associated with branches and commits in Gitlab.  Does one need to link a DVCS account for the Gitlab repository?

Resolved after have the admin linked an additional DVCS account for the desired Gitlab repository to have the trigger source available.
