Trying to add issue collector but some fields are missing?

Trying to add issue collector but some fields are missing?

I'm having trouble adding fields to the Issue Collector. I've added some fields to the template but there are not all of the fields available that I want to add to template. Those missing fields (example Due Date) are available on the Create Issue Screen but on the Issue Collector Form they are missing?

How can I add those missing fields to template?

Not all fields are allowed in the Issue Collector. For more details, take a look at: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Using+the+Issue+Collector

So there isn't any easy way to add Due Date field to the template in addition to those other fields?

Version is v5.2.4#845-sha1:c9f4cc4 and I'm using Google Chrome.

What version of JIRA are you on? It seems to be very old. Also what browser are you using?
