Trigger an action when linked issue was created

Hi all,

We are using Jira service desk and also installed the automation for Jira plugin.

Support wants to trigger a state transition, when they created an linked issue in another project. Is there an way to update the original Issue?

I thin, I would need either an event on link creation or the possibility to updated an linked issue.

Yes you could do that. Below is an example that might give you an idea on how. Obviously the trigger and conditions would change. Just something I had played with earlier. If you get stuck LMK.
