Translate the word "Add customers" on screen myjiraurl/projects/PRO/customer trought Language pack

 I'm trying to translate that word with the function "?i18ntranslate=on" but the key doesnt appear, i'm using Jira Service desk: 3.15.3 on Jira Core 7.12.3

Any idea? i let an image attached
