I saw a feature on Jira that let's you transition to another screen (change the options after a specific field) after selecting a specific option from a field. I am trying to apply the same concept on Service desk where the customer can load fields depending on what he chooses on the customer portal. Is that doable on the Service Desk?

Hello, @Stefan Saikaly , it is possible with Dynamic Forms.
It can display fields based on another field selection on JSD portal.
