The main resource for the certification prep would be Prepare for the Jira Essentials certification 👈
From my experience, going through these courses and having some hands-on experience (like playing in the sandbox environments) should be sufficient enough.

Also, what you can check/browse through are forum questions and discussions around ACA-900 > see here. You can maybe find some additional insights and information that can be helpful. 💡
