We recently activated the Confluence Knowledge Base feature for our Jira Service Desk project. I am curious if there is a way to track views for the pages that are visited by users who click on a suggested article when filing a request? The end goal would be having an ability to see the views of each page when accessed through the Jira portal VS visiting the actual page/space in Confluence. Is there a functionality for this already built?
Hi @J.R. Rasberry Natively this is not possible to achieve in Confluence. There are some apps in marketplace that can give you number of views on pages by users, but your requirement is to track views from the users who click on KB articles in Jira Service Desk. You can explore other analytics tools which can help to track website clicks.
