Dear Team, My team and I would like to maintain our roadmap using standard timeline Jira functionality:
However, after we update the start and end dates for our items, the timeline bars disappear when the board is refreshed. We are unsure why this is happening. Could you please support us and explain how we can properly use the timeline functionality? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
