Gantt Deadlines Disappeared

Hi! I was working on the Gantt chart of my project and the boxes with deadlines and start dates just disappeared. Does anyone know why this happened or how i can fix it? Thanks!

Have you checked the work items directly to see if the dates are still present? 

If the data is still present in the work items:

• Have you tried refreshing the tab? Clearing your browser cache? Another browser application?
• Are here other users of your Jira instance with access to the Space you've shown? If so, can you have one check to see if they have the same issue?

Can you tell us what type of Space this concerns? You can get that information from the Type column on the Spaces > View All Spaces page.

Hi Trudy how are you? I tried all of those options but none of them worked. However the timeline boxes just reappeared. The only change was to switch the language from spanish to english and adding again the start date to the list.
