Ticket doesnt open in a pop-up anymore

Hello,

recently tickets, if I click on the key "ABC-123" it opens in the same tab in a window pop-up. Without changing any settings by me now it opens in the same tab and I have to go back to the list.
Where is the option hiding? I found this question from 2020:

stating that I have to use the 3 dots Settings button and click "Open Issues in dialoge".
This is gone. I have the option "board settings" but nothing there is about issues/tickets.

I can switch on the right side to detail view to have the issues on the righ side but I cant turn on and off the issues that are done. I have to write that in the filter JQL statement. in the List view i can easily just click on the 3 dots next to the view options and click
"Hide done work items".

Where can I find the dialog/pop-up option?

I've had the same problem for a few days now. Before the spring update I could open tasks in a pop-up window by clicking on the relevant key. For example, Task 4 "EVENT-5071" under Test 1 "EVENT-5063":

If I click on EVENT-5071 now, the task opens in full-screen mode in the same browser tab:

When I click back I'm back in my list. But all the tasks have been closed again:

It seems that this is the new standard :-( Here a good hint from Nikola:

that is not good. working with pop ups was much quicker than loading the whole page and return to the list again. i will open a ticket to reinstate it again. thank you very much for that hint.

please specify from which UI you perform a click on ticket issuekey (Board, Backlog, filter result ...).

Btw, for my knowledge,  “Open issues in dialog” was an old feature that have been removed from JIRA UI.

Hey Fabio,
here is my UI. Recently when I clicked on the key it opens up a dialog window in the tab page. Now it leaves the list and opens the ticket in the same tab page.
