when I open my tickets they appear on the right side

when I open my tickets they appear on the right side, and I want a windows open with this ticket.

Do you know how to change this?

Hi @Cristina_Roldan

If you're using the New Issue View - you can switch between sidebar and dialog view - dialog opens the issue as a pop-up above your board.

To change this click the options icon (3-dots in top-right of board) and select "Open issues in dialog"

Alternatively follow Monica's advise - you can also Ctrl + Click / Cmnd + Click to open the issue in a new tab / window from the link in the sidebar, if you don't want to leave the board.

Hi @Cristina_Roldan  Morning,

You can also open the big window of your ticket by clicking the key issue from the top.

It will open the big window in the next tab.

Answering from the future and with the UI changes moving things around.  If you want to overlay the window its the button next to the X in the ticket panel.   It took me a while to rediscover it.
