Following the Court of Justice decision do invalidate the Decision 2016/1250 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-US Data Protection Shield,

Could you please let us know :

-> If part of or all of our company's data (IZICAP) is hosted in the US ?

-> If yes does Atlassian has a plan to relocate data in Europe ?

-> Would you agree to sign typical contractual clauses we can provide ?

It's based on where the majority of your users are active.  (Remember that you can ignore the outdated stuff on Privacy Shield on that page, as it's now irrelevant).  You can request to keep your location inside the EU I believe, as a support request.
