Text formatting on Jira Service Desk portal

I was how to to format text on the portal. There was not much pointer on this. After so much research I found out that there is something called.

This is available on the 'project settings' page. See the attached screenshot which shows where to click on it. 

This is a huge help in formatting the UI on the portal.
