Text Field (multi-line) not saving in issue from Portal View

Text Field (multi-line) not saving in issue from Portal View

Hi all,

When creating an issue via the Portal view the Text Field (multi-line) fields do not save to the issue, however when the issue is created in Jira it works fine. Every other field type behaves correctly.

I've turned off the Automations and get the same result. Anyone know what's happening?

Hello, Good day. You are using Jira service management project type or Jira software project type?
