Tempo fails to browse jira linked issues

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I installed Tempo Timesheets 9.4.1 and Tempo Planner 6.4.0 on JIRA (Core 7.5.3).
Now in Internet Explorer 11 (v11.557.17763.0) Jira doesn't browse linked issues when I click on it. It looks like blank window (screenshot).
I disabled compatibility mode, also disabled a function that detecting Intranet.
Then I turned on debug mode in IE. And it shows me an error.
So can you help me?
