TXT record not verifying

Hi there, 

I have been trying to verify my TXT record today to get the email domain added and Jira keeps telling me that the TXT record can not be found. However when I used the TXT lookup, it's telling me the record is there... 

Not sure what I am doing wrong and any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hey Filip, 

Without reviewing all of your records and having access to both your Jira instance and your DNS provider I doubt I would be able to assist here. I could think of two reasons why this would fail. 

1. The TXT record is not an exact match
2. The domain has already been verified

I would recommend reaching out to your IT team for assistance with resolving this for #1 and Atlassian support for #2
