as Jira Admin I need to let customer create subtask.
I have created a new Jira Project for our R&D dept that receive ticket from our Backoffice Customer dept; so Backoffice Customer dept is the customer in Jira for our R&D dept.
Backoffice Customer dept needs to create a ticket with multiple request regarding one customer order: basically they need to create in the same ticket a lot of rows regarding the variuos customer order rows that have some problem.
R&D dept needs to be able to single-process the subtask (customer order rows) in order to analyze each problem.
This must be done inside just one ticket, since I cannot ask Backoffice Customer dept to open 10 ticket for 1 order that has problems in 10 rows.
Is it possible with Jira?
