Storage Issue

Hi Atlassian Team,

Our Jira Cloud storage is still showing full even after deleting around 2GB of attachments. We are unable to upload new videos.

Could you please run the following on our site?

1. Media store cleanup
2. Orphaned attachment purge
3. Storage index recount
