Standard config file to use for importing issues from Rally or Jira Team Managed

Need to import data from previous backlog management tools--so looking for the field layout for Jira for the mapping

There is no single field layout for Jira because it is highly customizable. There is a set of System fields that are pre-built, but there does not appear to be any current online documentation that lists them out.

There is this very old community post that provides a list of System fields for the Server edition, which gives you a starting point.

If you have or can create a single issue in Jira, you can find that issue in the Search screen and then Export (All Fields) and that will show you all the system and custom fields currently defined in Jira.

If you do a search for "migrate from <your tool> to jira cloud" you might find more specific guidance that is helpful.
