Few of our team members stopped receiving mails, including mine from Jira.
We checked with our IT helpdesk and they are saying that emails never hit the mail server.

where Angelica Luz is talking about suppression list, can you please help us in checking the suppression list with the domain of my email id on priority?

currently it is not possible to extract that information (there is an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11259). You need to contact the Atlassian support team through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
