I have created the below rule that is not copying the data from the smart values to the cloned ticket. It does work when using the trigger of manual but not with issue created. What am I missing here?
There is a known, racetrack timing problem with triggers such as Work Item Created where the rule can start running before all of the data is available.
The mitigation for this is:
