Show user story under multiple epics and multiple Projects in plans

Hello,

We have more Epic whose Custum field has a value ( xxxxx)
Now I want to see this epic's in Plans here I have a filter for it:
"Portfolio Epic nr[Short text]" ~ SFEPIC0001459

I get a list of 31 Epic's from different projects.

Now in plans I also want to see all user stories that are linked to this Epic this can be stories from multiple projects is this possible and how do I do this.

Condition is that the filter must be flexible so I don't want to fix the Epic no. in a filter

Hello @Eric Roetenberg

That will not be possible with native Jira functionality.

There are third party apps that extend JQL filtering capabilities. Do you have any of those or are you open to acquiring one? More than one that is available would enable you to meet your requirement. For example Adaptavist's Enhanced Search provides a function to help you get the children of multiple Epics by supplying a filter that selects the Epics.

So does this filter work in plans?

Plans can be based on Saved Filters, and you can save the filters created in Enhanced Search, so it should work.

I don't have an environment where I can test that out to confirm.
