Hello community!
I have a question regarding granting access to the 'Share' button that appears when clicking on 'View request in portal.' I have administrator rights to the portal, but it's clear that providing the same level of access to all users is not desirable.
In light of this, I have an idea to grant access to the 'Share' button so that users can add participants to existing tickets and have the ability to view them.
Please advise on what permissions need to be granted to users for them to have the ability to use the 'Share' button.

Hay mate, might be worth checking the knowledge article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/share-with-button-differences-and-behaviors-on-jsm-portal-1188784642.html
About halfway down they go over the "Share With +" functionality, the three options and permissions for sharing with emails outside of the project.
Noted the "Share With +" will only give access to the portal view unless they're a JSM user.
