Set an "Auto Reply" on Issues (Jira Service Desk)

Hi, I would like to set on Jira Service Desk an "Auto Reply" so when a new User creates an Issue/Ticket, if a keyword in the issue's title is found in the Confluence, then automatically link the related Article.

Hi @Nicolò Vitelli 

If you have a linked Confluence instance then Jira issue will show (on right hand side) under Knowledge base field.

Yes I know I can link Confluence articles to Jira issues, but I'm looking for a way to do it automatically.
