Hello all,
I am looking for solution for our situation
1. Service Desk - our server, external, https - for customers
2. JIRA and Confluence - our server, internal behind VPN, http - for employees
Is it possible to link JIRA (for linking info about bugs) and Confluence (for knowledge base spaces) with our external Service Desk?
If it is not possible, can we link it with cloud Service Desk?
