is there a way to add a second 'notes' column in jira structure? When adding such, it replicates a first notes type column that I already have.  thank you.

Hello @Ilan Barel ,

Dmitrii with ALM Works here.

We have a task for this in our backlog, I'd be happy to notify you when it's out. Currently 'Notes' column only works the way you described.

Thank you @Vero Rivas for mentioning those articles, they indeed could be helpful.

I'd say right now the best way in your case would be using some custom text fields in addition to 'Notes' column. Perhaps you would make use of memos.

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,

Dmitrii
