Search for issues with more than 1 value in a multi select field?

JIRA server -- is there a way to do a search on a multi-select field to only return issues where there is more than one value selected?

Follow up - I don't have scriptrunner nor do I see a way to add a scripted field to my instance of jira.  I'm sure this is a topic broader than my original question, but, do I need some plug in to write scripted fields or is it native to jira server?

To create a scripted field you may have to have Script Runner Plugin installed.
