Running parallel sprints

Trying to run multiple sprints at the same time. Once I start a sprint, the other sprint's "start" button will be inactive.

Parallel sprints are enabled in global settings.

Is it a Next Gen or Classic Jira Project?

If it's a Next Gen project then it's not available there.
