Restrict visibility for comments for Groups and Roles not working

Since today the comment visibility selection dropdown disappeared and the selection of the corresponding Group is not possible. 

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Hi Christian - Can you share a screenshot?

Have you tried to clear your cache in your browser? 

Have you tried shutting down the browser and reopening it?

Cannot see the padlock after switching to the new view. Several users have complained here as well. Already tried everything mentioned above. still an issue.
