Resize handle is visible but does nothing

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: How can I resize the Issue Detail View in Work Mode

The resize handle is visible but clicking or dragging it does nothing.

The only thing that happens when I try to drag the resizer is selecting text.

I'm using the latest version of Chrome on Windows.

Tried in Firefox: same result, no resizing possible.

What Browser and version are you using? Internet Explorer??

Try Firefox or Chrome to check operation as being proper HTML5 compatible
