Request support on Gilfoyle Jira status

I encounter an issue and can’t fix it via my own effort, please allow me to request your support during the holidays. For Gilfoyle, we created many Jiras with program of “Gilfoyle”, type of “Task” and labeled with “DFS”.  But can’t change the status from “Screen” to “in progress”. I checked the workflow, it looks good, but I found no “start progress” button by comparing with the “brioche” program, don’t know whether it’s the RC and how to add it. Please help to deal with. A couple of questions:

1. Are you using Jira Data Center or Jira Cloud?
2. Are you using company-managed or team-managed space?
3. Are you a Jira admin or a space admin?
4. When it comes to workflow, are there transitions from and to the mentioned statuses?
5. Within workflows (and on specific transitions), you can add validators and/or conditions. Have you checked if there are any of these entities set on this specific transition from "Screen" to "In progress"?

Note that if you have internal IT support (or other Jira admins) within your organization, I would recommend reaching out to them and seeing if they can take a look. 👈
