Request Type - Can I make certain field answer trigger other fields?

I have a request type which has a dropdown list of possible problems our user may encounter. 

Some problems require more info from our users, for example - Problem 1 is to update users details (phone, email etc) When they select problem 1 from the dropdown is there a way for it to show a new field that they can supply new details in?

you can use Forms, it provide conditional field
