Reporter Selection Pull Down Menu does not work for a single agent

Hi,

I've noticed a strange effect in the Jira Service Desk issue screen. For one agent in my team (Roles Service Desk Team & Administrator), the pull down to select an user does not appear if she's start typing. Also in the comment field the pull down does not work if she's typing an @-symbol. 

All other user selections are working fine.

Does anyone had the same effect? We have also tested it in several browser with the same effect.

Hi Stephan,

I know that it has been a while, but if you are still facing this issue, can you please ask her to check the developer tools on her browser when she tries to change the reporter or when she tries to mention someone? Then, please send the error message that appears in the console for us to check what may be causing this.
