Our worfklow has a collection of statuses that we use. When we view our columns in the board configuration, we notice many issues in unmapped status. These statuses are not even in our workflow and can never be accessed. We want to remove (not delete) these issues completely as they will never appear on our board.
Any help on removing Unmapped Statuses would be appreciated.
We use Jira Server 7.13.1 and have accectly the same situation. Any ideas or solutions?

so it would be odd if these statuses do not exist in any project/workflow defining the board. I encourage you to look closely at the filter defining the board and check all workflows associated.

They do not exist in any of the workflows in this project. They also do not exist in the projects that this board is filtering. They do exist in other projects but there is no connection between our project and these statuses.
