Remove Original Admin and Assign to Another

I created the JIRA site with my company email but want the account to be under my account with my client email.  I created another account with the client email and made it an Admin.  

But I cannot delete the original account.  Is it even possible?  TYIA

What level of Admin privileges have you created? I have org and site admins. To remove an admin, I remove them from the admin groups first, then remove access to the site, then you can either leave the user with no site access or completely remove them. Let me know if that works for you.
