Remove Old value bind in Reopen and Resolve Screen

HI,

for JIRA CLOUD ,

 I want restrict to bind old values in Re-open and Resolve Screen.every time i want open empty fields in my screen.

once i resolved issue after reopened..now i again am going to close issue but resolved date and resolved reason it will be displayed old values

Hello Saravanakumar,

I understand that you would like to clear your Resolved date and resolved reason when you reopen your issue, so the values for these fields would be empty when you resolve the issue again. Is that correct?

If that's your goal, you can create post functions on your reopen transition to clear the value of the fields. Check the steps below:

- Navigate to your project > Project Settings > Workflows > Click to Edit it

- On Diagram mode, click on your reopen transition > Post functions:

- Add the post function Update Issue Custom Field

- Select the fields you want to clear and leave blank the Custom field Value

- Save your workflow draft
