Register our company domain in JIRA

We have existing JIRA products that is on our live production using default atlassian.net URL link.

Now we're setting up JIRA service management and we want to use our company domain.

Our question now is, if we will register our company domain in JIRA does it affect our existing JIRA products? Like the boards will be missing and or permissions will be removed?

Hi IT Admin,

I can confirm in Jira Cloud you can register a custom domain by following the steps Atlassian have documented here.

Adding the domain is just adding a new URL to access the service desk and so should not affect any permissions inside of Jira, although it would be best to confirm this with the Atlassian support team here.
