Register External user as a Agent Role

Hi,

Our company having own JIRA/Confluence access.

Based on the project requirement, wants to create one service project with following requirements:

• External user will have JIRA agent access for this project related only(permissions will be set accordingly)
• External agent will not have any internal project and confluence access
• Service project will be open for all end customers

If service project creates with above requirement, 

• Is it possible to design robust secure project to fulfil above requirements? 
• Is there any risk to provide external user access in our JIRA portal, could it compromise security for company it self?

First of all if you want to create a project and to access external users also then you need to verify the domain of the external users.

Is there any risk to provide external user access in our JIRA portal, could it compromise security for company it self? ----- yes if you provide the company projects access then surely it will be a risk.
