Já vi erros semelhantes. No entanto, é difícil depurar, uma vez que o erro não fornece nada específico. Tente limpar a cache ou inicie sessão no modo anónimo e veja se há algum problema. Outra coisa que pode fazer é criar uma cópia do seu fórum clicando nos três pontos ao lado da listagem do fórum e verificar se tem acesso à cópia.
