Pull a report showing an individuals stories, tasks, sub tasks, points, status,...

I would like to be able to pull a report I can download the will show an individuals sprint (None if not assign to a sprint yet), issue type, key (ticket #), assignee, reporter, status and points. I can get some but what I am trying to do is get the points for each sprint for an individual.

There is not a pre-built report for that. You would have to create your own filters to retrieve the issues.

Additionally an issue may be assigned to multiple sprints; a sprint that was already completed but the issue itself was not, so the issue gets assigned to another sprint for more work. The issue will show both sprints in its Sprint field. To which sprint would you expect the point to be attributed?

What if the assignee changes? To which individual are the points attributed?

What problem are you trying to solve by extracting this information? If we understand your need we can possibly provide better advice.
