Is there a way to pull stats in JIRA Service Desk based on the following items below and have them generate into a graphical report which can be displayed on a JIRA Dashboard? If so, are there any How-To's on doing this?
Total Number of Request Created
Total Number of Request Resolved/Closed
Backlog of Tickets
Average Resolution Time
Time to First Response, Time to Resolution
Number of Escalated Tickets
Customer Satisfaction (So users who have filled out the survey)
