Prolem new User in free Version

Hi John,
nice to hear from you.
In the meantime I managed to add the new user in one of two projects.
Maybe is this the reason?

I can´t add the new User to the secound project ALH Webportal 2.0. (This screen ist from the first Project, but result is the same):

in the first step the new users name is shown, but if I click the blue button, nothing happens.

I just wondering, because we only have 10 Users so we are within the limit for the free version.
What do you think?
